CONDOMINIUM GUIDELINES

We are a family-oriented resort committed to providing the highest quality leisure experience for all of our guests.

Our Expectations

• Safety first. Don’t do anything that could get you or others injured.
• Take advantage of everything we offer—on-site restaurant, happy hours, live entertainment, pool, hot tub, sunset deck, Commons area, other activities.
• Get to know our staff. They’re here to help and they want to make your stay a fabulous experience.
• Treat the property as if you own it—leave it in the same or better condition than you found it.
• No smoking, no pets, no loud music or nuisance behavior. Quiet time 10pm to 7am.
• The tank condos are limited to four overnight guests; the Pier condo is limited to six overnight guests.
• Non-overnight guests are limited to four. All non-overnight guests should depart by midnight.
• Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult in the commons and swimming pool areas.
• Absolutely no children under the age of 14 in the hot tub.
• Any one under the age of 18 must be accompanied b a parent in the exercise facility.
• Parents are responsible for the whereabouts, safety and conduct of their children at all times.
• Parking is limited—two spaces for each condo. All vehicles must display a parking permit. Guests in the tank condos may park in the lot between the condos and the Pier.
• Boats, AND trailers MUST have permits, to use boat launch, and to park in satellite parking.
• No weapons or firearms.

About the Details

• No shows – forfeit entire reservation payment. (Manager may make exceptions when appropriate)
• Late arrivals ( after 10:00 p.m.) are available . Must be coordinated with front desk BEFORE arrival.
• Three-night minimum for holidays within the Peak Season and for other Peak Events (such as Biker Week and Texas Week).
• Check-in time is 3 pm; check-out time is 11:00 am.
• Housekeeping services (including fresh linens) are provided.
• Cost to repair damage will be charged to your credit card.
